Daily Bible study:- 1Samuel 30 &31
Text:-1 Samuel 16:1-3 NIV
[1] The Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem. I have chosen one of his sons to be king.” [2] But Samuel said, “How can I go? If Saul hears about it, he will kill me.” The Lord said, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.’ [3] Invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what to do. You are to anoint for me the one I indicate.”
Text(2):-Judges 20:35, 42 NIV
[35] The Lord defeated Benjamin before Israel, and on that day the Israelites struck down 25,100 Benjamites, all armed with swords.
[42] So they fled before the Israelites in the direction of the wilderness, but they could not escape the battle. And the Israelites who came out of the towns cut them down there.
There is no problems that can not be solved; From now, take steps and grow in wisdom. In our texts today, we saw that prophet Samuel,a major prophet didn’t loose guard; even when it was God Almighty sending him out for an assignment, he told God there was possibility of him loosing his life, and God gave him a code for his safety. Maybe you are already trapped down somewhere, or in a situation, or by something: take action now according to God’s word and your victory will come. You can do the following as part of the Action Plans:-
1)Have a quiet conversation with The Lord
2) Inquire of the Lord
3) keep inquiring from the Lord, through God’s prophet for a confirmation
4) Launch an attack on your enemy according to God’s instructions: Do whatever God says.
5) Counter attack all their strategies
6) Consume them completely: don’t stop praying until you see their end and get your victory.
Develop yourself to be wiser and stronger than your enemies. Amen
PRAYER POINTS:-
1) Hallelujah! Glory be to God for His words: thank you in Jesus Name
2) Heavenly Father I ask for more Grace to be at alert and on guard for my life and family in Jesus Name.
3) I reverse all evil plans against me in Jesus Name.
4) Grace to be wiser and stronger than my enemies O Lord give me in Jesus Name.
